When we got to the hotel the room given to us at check in was not the room we booked. After seeing the room and location we went down to talk to the receptionist. She promptly talked to the manager. The manager of this hotel was extremely polite, and quickly changed our room. He and his assistant took our luggage from our first room and brought it to our new room. We were very pleased how quickly the manger and staff solved our problem. The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting museums, sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet was one of the best during our travel through Europe. The staff at this hotel were always eager to help in any way to make our visit comfortable and pleasant. The manager of the breakfast buffet was so pleasant, and went out of his way to make sure we could get a light breakfast before our early departure.

The property was perfectly situated for us as we were going to a concert at Hyde Park but outwith that we enjoyed a few drinks in the bar - the outdoor seating area is very nice, albeit quite small but was always got a table no problem. Breakfast had a great choice of food. The room was clean and just what we needed, the views were fabulous. The shopping in the area was very good, as were the restaurants and bars. Also Knightsbridge tube station is right at the end of the road so perfect for us when we were heading back to Heathrow.

We were going to see Bruce Springsteen in Hyde Park so the location of the Millennium Knightsbridge was perfect only a 10-15 minute walk to the venue. The Breakfast was very good, the food tasty and plentiful

Location is the BEST!!!! On Sloane St with all boutiques, Pub, Harrods and easy access to taxis. Breakfast was excellent!!! All kinds of cereals, breads, juices and a variety of hot dishes, like meats and eggs Excellent presentation and dining room. Staff was very good and pleasant Concierge services were essential for recommendations and suggestions. Zoltan was the best!!! Helpful, friendly and professional. The room was the weakest link in the hotel. If the rooms furniture could be updated, rugs, etc this hotel could be a 9 The size was good, bathroom small but updated. Room furniture was "tired". and the reason why the rating for the hotel goes down.

I recently stayed at Millennium Knightsbridge and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and I was particularly impressed by the exceptional service provided by Omar at the hotel reception and Chrestina from the room service team. Both were very attentive to my needs and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience and hope to return soon. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable!
